Cheng Xiao Xiao walked on as she told her, “Keep in mind, Lan Lan,

“Understood, big sister!” Replied little Lan Lan obediently, then
she asked, “Big sister, do you like Danhang ge?”

After they have arrived and had dinner, and the sibling were out
playing, Cheng Xiao Xiao and her mother both appeared in the father’s house.
After having the medicines for a few days, the badly injured Mr.
Cheng was starting to look better. He was pale like ice as he was a while ago,
even his saddened eyes brightened up a little.
After seeing his wife and daughter both appearing in his house at
the same time, he cast a glance at his daughter and asked, “Xiao Xiao, is
something wrong?”
“No, nothing is wrong, just thought of an issue that I want to

“You nailed it, Xiao Xiao. Both your mom and I had forgotten about
this problem!” A beam of light shot out of Cheng Bi Yuan’s eyes. With all
seriousness, he said, “We will certain bring out troubles to ourselves if we
keep this up!”

usually a respectable way to refer to a woman older than you.

Say that the family has been raising them for some time! Rabbits can be said the same way. For the veges, they’ve all fucked up. Dumb, dumber, and dumbest! (눈_눈) My frustration at their lack of insight just makes me tired now. Why does my heart feel so much pity for their lack of brain cells?

In their defence though, when people go from riches to rags they are often in quite a large amount of stress and tend to not have very logical thought processes because of it. I once had a neighbour who pretty poor and she got a government handout and blew it all on packet drinks because her kids said that they wanted it once. When asked why, she said that the packet drinks became an obsession point which could possibly explain why they acted in a similar way. Or it could just be that I overexplained the author's lack of forsight.welp. Thank you for translating this though!!

DeleteThey were obviously from some sort of clan or sect in the past, so they obviously had money before, yet the second they become poor, their brains completely stopped working entirely.
They even seem to forget that a few days ago, they literally said this could be a massive danger to them and yet they still won't explain it etc.
It's beyond the point of dumb and short sighted, it's on the level of 'how did these guys not just directly eat poison handed to them by their enemies while claiming it was candy'.

This is relatively easy to explain though, animals from the mountains where they happened to find a gathering spot.
